Wing Commander Neeraj Dhamija “hanged his uniform” on 31st December 2023 after nearly 38 years of colourful service as a Logistician and Supply Chain Management specialist in Indian Air Force. He is the Founder Director and Chief Mentor of ND-SIR Academy i.e. “Neeraj Dhamija Self Improvement & Refinement Academy” to impart training for Personality Development in general, and for SSB interview preparation in particular. Many of his mentees are either presently serving in uniformed services as Commissioned Officer in various Arms OR undergoing training in various Training Academies as Cadets.
