Hiring | Assistant Manager – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals)
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Ensure timely closures of open positions and maintain recruitment Dashboard
Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–6 years of recruitment experience
Prior experience in the manufacturing mandatory (defense sector preferred)
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
